Getting Started:
Yeary Pools will meet with you onsite to design and develop a plan for your custom concrete pool and complete turn-key backyard living space. Our basic pool package includes a concrete pool with multi-color LED lighting and coping designed to your space and specifications, and finished with a PebbleTec plaster coating for a beautiful and long lasting surface.
Our Equipment:
We use only state of the art Jandy equipment combined with their wi-fi based automation to allow control from anywhere. Each package also includes a top line robotic cleaner to dramatically reduce the maintenance of your pool.
Common add-ons:
Add-ons can include an integrated spa/hot tub with spillway into the pool, automated safety cover, water and fire features, patio of your design and choice of material (typical are travertine, pavers, flagstone), accent boulders. Each pool requires fencing to meet local codes, which can be included in the project or managed by the customer, but must be coordinated and complete prior to receiving final approval by county code.
The Full Package:
When a complete backyard living space is desired we engage our Yeary Homes team of partners to build cabanas, guest houses, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, all designed to meet the unique requirements of your project and budget.
